KARU is sold on its attachment set and on the Coanda airflow principle, and on the first of those the listing is clear: four heads, each with a stated job, held on magnetically. The problem is everything numeric. This is a heat-styling tool whose entire specification for heat is "4 temperature levels" - no degrees anywhere on the page - and there is no wattage, no motor detail and no barrel diameter, which are the three figures that would let a reader compare it against anything else in the category at this price. WAU also states that the device maintains hair health and does not cause damage, which is an outcome claim about a heated device with no published temperatures behind it. Treat that as the manufacturer’s assertion. A South African price, availability and warranty position still need to be established.

PowderedPurple has not tested this styler. WAU's own manual for model RM-HAB11 is published in Russian only; the cautions here are our translation of it. It is a 1200 W hot-air styler reaching about 95 C on its highest setting. WAU says it is not for use in a bath or shower and must be kept away from water, splashes and steam - and that if you use it in a bathroom you should unplug it straight afterwards, because nearby water is a danger even when it is switched off. Do not use it with wet hands, never leave it unattended while plugged in, and unplug it before cleaning and whenever you are not using it. Do not pull or carry it by the cord. Keep it away from children; WAU allows children from 8 only under adult supervision. Do not use it if it has been dropped or is damaged. WAU also says not to use it on synthetic wigs or hairpieces - hot air can melt synthetic fibre - or on animals. Use only the original attachments.
